REI Transfer – Refund Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the refund eligibility for the following REI Transfer products and services:
• Assignment on Demand Course
• AI Video Creation
• 1:1 Implementation Call
• General Done-For-You Service
By purchasing any of the above, you agree to the following refund policy.
1. General Refund Policy
We are confident in the value of our programs and services. We are also committed to providing refunds only to clients who have genuinely put in the required effort and followed our process in full.
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following criteria must be met and documented:
1 Active Ad Spend Requirement
◦ You must have run paid ads using our recommended campaign settings for a minimum of $100 per day for at least 120 consecutive days from the date of purchase.
◦ Ad spend must be verifiable via ad platform billing statements and campaign screenshots.
2 Lead Engagement Requirement
◦ You must have actively engaged with all leads generated, including timely follow-up in accordance with our process.
◦ You must provide full call recordings of every seller conversation from the period in question.
3 Sales Framework Compliance
◦ All lead conversations must follow the REI Transfer Sales Framework (CIVR or as provided during your training).
◦ You must provide recorded calls demonstrating your use of this framework.
4 Assignment on Demand Course & Done-For-You Service
◦ Refunds will only be considered after we verify that you have completed all course modules, implemented the given strategies in full, and adhered to the above ad spend and engagement requirements.
5 AI Video Creation
◦ Refund requests will only be considered if you can show that the video(s) were launched, tested in active campaigns, and did not result in qualified leads after following our full process for 120 days.
6 1:1 Implementation Call
◦ This service is non-refundable once the call has been completed, regardless of whether you choose to implement the advice given.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
You are not eligible for a refund if:
• You fail to meet the minimum ad spend and duration requirement.
• You do not provide full, unedited call recordings for verification.
• You did not follow the Sales Framework provided.
• You stopped or paused campaigns before the required 120-day period.
• You request a refund after the 1:1 Implementation Call has been delivered.
• You provided false, incomplete, or unverifiable information during the refund review.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
1 Submit your request in writing to mailto:[email protected] within 180 days of purchase.
2 Include all required documentation:
◦ Proof of ad spend and campaign activity.
◦ Full call recordings and logs.
◦ Screenshots or reports confirming use of our Sales Framework.
3 Allow up to 30 business days for review and determination.
4. Final Decision
All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of REI Transfer after verifying that you have met all eligibility criteria. If requirements are not met, your refund request will be denied.
